Processing and delivery times vary depending on the product, manufacturer, availability, and destination.

Smaller items may ship through carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Large fountains, statues, and other oversized products typically ship by freight truck and may arrive secured to a pallet.

Curbside Delivery

Large and oversized products are generally delivered curbside.

The freight carrier will unload your shipment at the curb or another safe location accessible to the truck. You are responsible for moving the product from the delivery point to your home, garage, backyard, or final installation location.

Because many fountains and statues are extremely heavy, please arrange appropriate help or equipment before delivery.

Delivery Appointments

Some freight carriers may contact you to arrange a delivery window, while others may provide tracking information and an estimated delivery date.

Please provide an accurate phone number and shipping address when placing your order.

Remote & Difficult-to-Access Locations

Free shipping applies to standard eligible deliveries in the US. Remote, rural, island, or difficult-to-access locations may require an additional freight charge.

If an additional charge is required, Statue Outlet will contact you for approval before your order ships.

Please contact us before ordering if your property has narrow roads, limited truck access, or other conditions that could make freight delivery difficult.

DELIVERY INSPECTION 

Please inspect your shipment carefully when it arrives.

Check the pallet, packaging, boxes, wrapping, and product for visible damage, including:

• Torn shrink wrap
• Dented or damaged boxes
• Cracks or chips
• Missing straps
• Wet or dirty packaging
• Missing items or components

If You Notice Damage

1. Take clear photos of the packaging and product.
2. Note visible damage on the delivery paperwork before signing whenever possible.
3. Keep all packaging and shipping materials.
4. Contact Statue Outlet promptly with your order information and photos.

Shipping damage or missing items should be reported within seven calendar days of delivery.

Please completely unpack your order before reporting missing components, as smaller pieces may sometimes be packed inside larger ones.

RETURNS & ORDER SUPPORT

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Because many Statue Outlet products are large, heavy, and shipped by freight, returns can be costly and difficult. We encourage customers to carefully review product dimensions, specifications, and finishes before ordering.

14-Day Return Window

Eligible products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Before returning any product, you must contact Statue Outlet for return authorization. Do not ship an item back without prior approval.

Return Shipping & Packaging

For returns that are not the result of damage, defect, or an incorrect item:

• The customer is responsible for all return shipping and freight costs.
• The customer is responsible for properly packaging and securing the product for return transportation.
• Original shipping and packaging materials should be retained whenever possible.
• Products must be returned unused and in their original condition.
• Any carrier, packaging, palletizing, or handling costs associated with the return are the customer's responsibility.

Because many of our products require freight shipping, return transportation costs can be substantial.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect product, do not arrange a return shipment yourself.

Contact Statue Outlet promptly with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We will work with the manufacturer and/or carrier to determine the appropriate resolution.

Non-Returnable Products

Made-to-order, customized, special-order, clearance, and final-sale products may not be eligible for return. Any return restrictions will be stated on the applicable product page.

Refunds

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, the applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Original shipping expenses incurred by Statue Outlet may be deducted from the refund where permitted, even when the original order qualified for free shipping.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please carefully check your shipping address before placing your order.

Additional charges resulting from an incorrect address, refused delivery, missed required freight appointment, or inaccessible delivery location may be the customer's responsibility.

Address changes requested after an order has shipped may also result in rerouting fees charged by the freight carrier.
