Returns & Exchanges
What if my statue arrives damaged?
While we make our efforts to deliver your orders safely, damage can occur during transportation.
If your statue arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order by sending us an email with photos. We will arrange a replacement as quickly as possible. We kindly ask that you keep all packaging materials.
